1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to legal residents of the contiguous United States who have a valid U.S. shipping address and are at least 18 years old as of October 9, 2026 (each, a “Participant”).
This promotion is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or other locations where applicable shipping services are unavailable.
By participating in this promotion, each Participant represents that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Anker SOLIX may require information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, or order status. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
2. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Anker SOLIX (“Anker SOLIX” or the “Sponsor”).
3. Promotion Period
A. Pre-Launch Period
The Pre-Launch Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 26, 2026 (the “Pre-Launch Period”).
B. Launch Period
The Subscriber Benefits Redemption Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 9, 2026 (the “Launch Period”).
C. Gift Redemption Period
Eligible consumers must complete the applicable gift redemption process by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 15, 2026.
4. Subscription
To participate, a consumer must visit the official ANKER SOLIX S5000 campaign page at www.ankersolix.com/s5000 during the Pre-Launch Period, provide a valid email address, and successfully complete the designated subscription process to become a “Subscriber.”
Each Participant and each email address may subscribe only once. By submitting an email address, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that Anker SOLIX will collect and use the Participant’s personal information for purposes of administering this promotion in accordance with the Anker SOLIX Privacy Policy, available at ankersolix.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Anker SOLIX reserves the right to reject duplicate subscriptions or subscriptions submitted through false information, automated means, or other improper methods.
Completing the subscription process does not by itself grant the Subscriber Benefits Package or any complimentary gift. Each benefit is subject to the applicable purchase and other eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Subscriber Benefits
Participants who successfully complete the designated subscription process during the Pre-Launch Period (each, a “Subscriber”) will, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and terms set forth herein, be eligible for the following exclusive Subscriber Benefits during the Launch Period:
(a) Exclusive First-Sale Price
Subscribers will be eligible to purchase the Anker SOLIX S5000 at the price of $2,499 during the Launch Period. A redemption reminder and applicable purchase instructions will be sent by email on October 27, 2026.
(b) Exclusive Subscriber Benefits Package
A Subscriber must successfully purchase an Anker SOLIX S5000 during the Launch Period to qualify for one exclusive Subscriber Benefits Package, provided at no additional cost.
The Subscriber Benefits Package has a total advertised value of $699 and includes:

(c) 180-Day Price Protection
Eligible Anker SOLIX S5000 purchases made during the Launch Period are eligible for 180-Day Price Protection. The 180-day period begins on the order date of the qualifying purchase.
(d) Complimentary Gift
Each qualifying order for an Anker SOLIX S5000 placed through the Anker SOLIX U.S. website (ankersolix.com/us) during the Launch Period is eligible to receive one complimentary gift or promotional benefit, subject to the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Gift details, allocation rules, and redemption procedures are set forth in Section 6.
(e) Double AnkerCredits
Eligible AnkerCredits members may receive double AnkerCredits on qualifying purchases.
Eligibility requirements and applicable points rules are subject to the AnkerCredits membership program terms.
(f) Referral Cashback
A Subscriber who successfully refers a friend who purchases an Anker SOLIX S5000 may receive cashback equal to 5% of the referred order's pre-tax purchase amount, provided that the referred order is not refunded or canceled during the applicable 30-day refund period.
Cashback will be issued after the applicable 30-day refund period expires. Additional eligibility requirements and cashback terms are set forth in Section 8 and the applicable Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
6. Limited-Quantity Complimentary Gifts
During the Launch Period, each qualifying order for an Anker SOLIX S5000 purchase on ankersolix.com/us is eligible to receive one (1) complimentary gift or promotional benefit, subject to the terms and conditions below. Gifts and promotional benefits will be allocated based on the objective order in which qualifying orders are completed, on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last.
A. Gift Tiers and Allocation
Complimentary gifts are allocated according to the objective sequence of qualifying orders and predetermined gift tiers. No random drawing, game of chance, or sweepstakes is involved.

Each qualifying order is eligible for one (1) gift or promotional benefit only. Once a gift tier has been fully allocated, subsequent qualifying orders will automatically move to the next available gift tier.

B. Gift Redemption

Consumers must:

Physical gifts must be claimed or redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided. Promotional Store Credit and other digital promotional benefits must be claimed or activated in accordance with the applicable redemption instructions.
Failure to complete the redemption process by the applicable deadline will result in forfeiture of the applicable gift. Except as required by applicable law, forfeited gifts will not be reissued or replaced.
C. Redemption Codes and Gift Conditions
(a) All redemption codes are valid through December 31, 2026. Any unused code will expire after that date and will not be reissued except as required by applicable law.

(d) Once a Promotional Store Credit or promotional code has been redeemed, it may not be canceled or refunded, except as required by applicable law.
(e) Except as required by applicable law, promotional redemption codes and gifts may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or expiredI redemption codes will not be replaced.
D. Returns and Cancellations
If a qualifying S5000 order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or returned, the eligibility for any gift or promotional benefit associated with that order, as well aas any unused redemption code, will be canceled accordingly.
If the gift or promotional benefit has already been claimed or redeemed:

Unused digital benefits may be canceled in accordance with the applicable terms;

Physical gifts that have been received must be returned in accordance with the applicable Anker SOLIX return process; and

If a physical gift is not returned as required, Anker SOLIX may deduct the applicable ARV of the gift from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The treatment of Promotional Store Credit or other digital benefits that have already been used will be determined in accordance with the applicable benefit terms and applicable law.
7. AnkerCredits Points
Double points means for qualifying purchases, participants will receive twice the standard base Anker Credits awarded under the applicable AnkerCredits program rules.
Participants must be active members of the Anker Credits program at the time of purchase and satisfy all applicable requirements for earning AnkerCredits. AnkerCredits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. Referral Cashback

Cashback will be issued after the applicable 30-day refund period has ended. Referral eligibility, qualifying orders, cashback calculation,payment timing, and other applicable requirements are governed by the applicable Anker SOLIX Referral Program Terms (https://www.ankersolix.com/referral）.
9. Returns, Cancellations, and Order Adjustments
Canceled, refunded, chargebacked, or returned orders may result in the cancellation of related promotional benefits to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If a return, cancellation, or adjustment causes an order to no longer meet the requirements of this promotion, Anker SOLIX may, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, revoke or recalculate any applicable promotional price, discount, points, bonus item, or related benefit.
10. General Terms
A. Order Restrictions: Anker SOLIX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including without limitation any order believed to be for wholesale, resale, or distribution purposes, fraudulent orders, or orders submitted through improper means. B. Shipping:

C. Modification, Suspension, or Termination:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anker SOLIX may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion if required by law or due to technical failures, fraud or abuise, events beyond Anker SOLIX's reasonable control, or other circumstances that materially affect the proper administration of the promotion.
