S2000 Referral Challenge Terms and Conditions

(August 20, 2026 – September 20, 2026)

Consumer Summary: From August 20, 2026 to September 20, 2026, eligible consumers in the continental United States may submit their name and email address on the Anker SOLIX S2000 Product Page (https://www.ankersolix.com/products/s2000-portable-power-station#ReferralCombineRight) to receive a unique referral link. Referrers earn 5% cash back on each qualifying referral, referred friends receive 6% off their first Anker SOLIX S2000, customers buying four or more units receive an additional 5% off, and top 15 referrers win prizes. Full rules and conditions are set out below. This Campaign is not available to wholesale or distributor orders.

1. Campaign Period. The S2000 Referral Challenge (the "Campaign") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 20, 2026 (the "Campaign Period"). Entries received before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered.
2. Eligibility. This Campaign is open to legal residents of the continental United States with a valid shipping address who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of August 20, 2026 ("Participants"). Employees, officers, and directors of Anker and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Participate. To participate, an eligible entrant ("Referrer") must submit their name and email address via the Campaign entry form to receive a unique referral link (the "Referral Link"), and share the Referral Link with friends or family. A referred friend or family member ("Referee") who uses the Referral Link to make a qualifying Anker SOLIX S2000 purchase is a "Referral."
4. Participant Benefits.

   (a) Referrer Benefit — 5% Cash Back. For each verified qualifying Referral, the Referrer will earn five percent (5%) cash back, calculated on the after-tax, pre-shipping purchase price of the Referee's qualifying order. Cash back is credited only after the applicable refund period has elapsed.

   (b) Referee Benefit — 6% Off. A Referee who places their first order for an Anker SOLIX S2000 through the Referral Link receives six percent (6%) off their first S2000 purchase. The discount is applied through the referral link or by entering the provided code at checkout, is valid only at ankersolix.com/us, may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, is not transferable, and has no cash value.

   (c) Bulk Purchase Offer. Customers who purchase four (4) or more the same Anker SOLIX S2000 product option in a single order will receive an additional five percent (5%) off, applied automatically at checkout. This offer may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Benefit Redemption Period. Referral benefits are redeemable during the Campaign Period only. Referees will receive the discount through the referral link or an emailed code, which must be entered at checkout to receive the referred price. The code is valid only at ankersolix.com/us. Anker SOLIX may deactivate a code or refuse redemption in the event of fraud, abuse, technical malfunction, or code issuance error.
6. Referral Contest and Prizes. During the Campaign Period, Referrers will be ranked by the number of verified qualifying Referrals they generate. Winners are determined solely on the basis of skill (the number of verified qualifying Referrals), not by random draw or any game of chance.

   A. Prize Tiers and Allocation. Prizes are allocated by verified referral ranking as follows:

   • 1st place: soundcore Nebula P1 Portable Projector with Detachable Speakers — approximate retail value $799.
   • 2nd place: Anker SOLIX PS400 Portable Solar Panel — approximate retail value $699.99.
   • 3rd place: Anker SOLIX Alternator Charger — approximate retail value $349.
   • 4th–15th place: Anker SOLIX Building Block — approximate retail value $199.99 each.

   Rankings are determined by the number of completed, verified qualifying referrals that have passed anti-fraud review. Anker SOLIX does not guarantee that any participant will achieve a specific ranking.

   B. Claiming. Winners must provide valid contact and shipping information to claim their prize. Prizes are delivered by means of a redemption code; physical prizes must be redeemed using the code. Failure to claim a prize by the deadline stated in the winner notification will result in forfeiture.

   C. Prize Limitations. Limit one prize per account for the Campaign Period. Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, non-refundable, may not be upgraded or exchanged for other benefits, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Anker SOLIX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Physical prizes are provided "as-is" and are not covered by the Anker SOLIX standard limited warranty.

   D. Returns. If a qualifying order is returned, refunded, or charged back, the associated referral will be reversed and any related contest credit will be recalculated or revoked to the extent permitted by law.

7. Cash Back Settlement. Referral cash back is subject to a cooling-off period: the referred order must remain shipped and unrefunded for thirty (30) days before the cash back is credited and before the Referral is counted toward contest ranking. Cash back is paid at Anker SOLIX's discretion via the method designated by Anker SOLIX.
8. Qualifying Order. To qualify as a Referral, the Referee's order for an Anker SOLIX S2000 must exceed $580 before taxes and fees. Orders that are canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back will not qualify and any associated cash back or contest credit will be reversed. Offer is valid only at ankersolix.com/us.
9. Anti-Fraud and Disqualification. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. An order will be deemed a self-referral (and disqualified) if the Referrer's email, shipping address, or payment method is identical to or substantially similar to the Referee's. Anker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Referrer or Referral that appears to involve fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms, in its sole discretion, to undermine the integrity of the Campaign.
10. Returns and Order Adjustments. Canceled, refunded, charged-back, or returned orders may result in cancellation of associated promotional benefits to the extent permitted by law. If a return, cancellation, or adjustment causes an order to no longer meet the applicable Campaign requirements, Anker SOLIX may, to the extent permitted by law, revoke or recalculate the associated promotional price, discount, credits, or promotional items and benefits.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anker and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Campaign, and Anker's total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize or cash back actually awarded to the claimant.
12. Modification and Termination. Anker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time and for any reason, including any cause that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Campaign, upon reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms and the Campaign are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, and entrants waive any right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding, except where prohibited by law.
14. These Terms prevail over any conflicting promotional copy or summary. This Campaign is subject to U.S. law and the Anker SOLIX standard website Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy.
