Note:
1. "The Longest-lasting 2kWh Power Station" claim is based on Anker internal testing and comparison against selected mainstream 2kWh power stations commercially available as of May 19th, 2026, under identical test conditions. The claim specifically refers to longest runtime performance within the 600W power range.
2. The up to 35-hour runtime is based on Anker internal testing using a 700L (24.7 cu ft) fridge. Testing was conducted under the following conditions: an ambient room temperature of 77°F, fridge set to 37°F, and freezer set to 0°F. Actual runtime may vary depending on fridge model, usage, and environmental factors.
3. The "Industry’s Lowest" 6W active idle power claim is based on Anker internal testing and comparison against selected mainstream 2kWh power stations commercially available as of May 19th, 2026, under identical test conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on environmental conditions.
4. The "+10% power efficiency" claim is based on Anker internal testing at a 100W output load. Under these conditions, S2000 achieved an 88% efficiency rate, compared to an industry average of 78%, measured by testing multiple mainstream 2kWh power stations under identical conditions.
5. The 15-year lifespan estimate is based on up to 10,000 charge cycles under typical usage of 1–2 cycles per day, with the battery retaining more than 60% of its original capacity. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage patterns and environmental conditions. Product coverage is 5 years.
6. Runtime data is based on Anker's internal testing. Actual runtime may vary depending on environmental factors.
7. "The smallest and lightest 2kWh power station" claim is based on Anker's internal comparison of Anker SOLIX S2000 against selected mainstream 2kWh power stations commercially available as of May 19, 2026. For this comparison, Anker SOLIX S2000 measures 8.2 × 11.1 × 12.7 in and weighs 35.7 lb.
8. Recharging times are based on Anker internal laboratory testing. Actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions.
9. UltraFast Mode must be activated in the Anker app. Default AC input is capped at 1,150W (full charge in 2.3 hours).

FAQ
FAQ
1. Why isn't my refrigerator reaching the 35-hour runtime?
The 35-hour runtime is based on lab testing with a 700 L refrigerator at 77°F (25°C) ambient, 37°F (3°C) main compartment, and 0°F (-18°C) freezer. Actual runtime will vary depending on your refrigerator model, usage habits, and ambient temperature.
2. Is Anker SOLIX S2000 compact and easy to move?
S2000 features a space-saving build for home backup use. To minimize its footprint, it features a handle-free design and should be carried with both hands.
3. How long does it take to charge from 20% to 80% using a 400W solar panel?
With a 400W solar panel under direct sunlight, charging from 20% to 80% takes approximately 3 - 4 hours. Actual charging time will vary based on sunlight angle and intensity.
4. Why won't my microwave work even though its rated power is under 1,500W?
Some appliances, including microwaves, coffee makers, blenders, etc, can draw more power than their rated wattage. If a red "OVERLOAD" indicator appears and all AC output shuts off, that indicates the actual draw has exceeded 1,500W. Disconnect the appliance immediately to clear the error.
5. What is the standard charging speed of Anker SOLIX S2000?
By default, Anker SOLIX S2000 supports up to 1,150W AC input. For faster charging, enable UltraFast Charging in the Anker app to reach up to 1,600W. To maintain battery health, enable this feature only when necessary.
