Anker SOLIX Installation Service Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for the installation service any time before the licensed electrician arrives at your site and begins the installation.

If the electrician has arrived onsite but the installation has not been carried out, Anker can refund the installation service fee.
The following scenarios are non-refundable:

Additional material or labor charges may apply depending on your specific installation conditions. These fees will be communicated to you prior to installation. Once installation has begun, disputes over such additional charges do not qualify for a refund of the service fee.

If the electrician has arrived and the installation has been completed, both the installation fee and any related additional charges for materials or labor are non-refundable.
