Anker SOLIX Installation Service Refund Policy


The installation service fee is fully refundable before work begins. Once the electrician starts installation, the fee is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

The installation fee covers only labor and coordination within the defined scope of work. Additional costs for materials, permits, or any site-specific work are not included and may vary depending on your home and location.

After assessing your site, your electrician will provide a detailed quote. Our installation partner will review the quote for fairness, and no work will begin without your approval. A full refund is available if you choose not to proceed.

Any applicable installation fee refunds will be processed exclusively through the Anker SOLIX payment system via your original payment method. For details on eligibility and processing times, please refer to our Refund Policy.
