  1. Synergy with F3000
  • Single Unit or Single Unit + Transfer Switch / Inlet Box
    • 120V AC / 3,600W pass-through
When connected to F3000, Smart Generator 5500 provides a simple and effective backup solution. This setup supports 120V AC / 3,600W pass-through power, allowing Smart Generator to supply continous power directly to your home without depleting F3000's internal battery.
This feature will be available starting February 2026, extending runtime for your essential appliances during power outages.

  1. Synergy with F3800
  • Single Unit or Single Unit + Transfer Switch / Inlet Box
      • Phase 1: 120V / 1,800W Pass-Through
When connected to F3800 in Phase 1, Smart Generator delivers 120V / 1,800W pass-through power. This will be available from April 2026.

      • Phase 2: 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 6,000W Output
When connected to F3800 in phase 2, Smart Generator charges F3800 at 120V / 1,800W, while F3800 delivers up to 240V / 6,000W to home appliances. This will be available from Q4 2026.

  • Single Unit + Home Power Panel (HPP)
    • 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 6,000W Output
When integrated with the HPP and F3800, Smart Generator provides 120V / 1,800W input to F3800, which then powers your entire home with 240V / 6,000W.

  • Parallel Units + Home Power Panel (HPP)
    • 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 12,000W Output
This setup allows Smart Generator 5500 to be integrated with multiple F3800 units and the HPP. Smart Generator supplies 120V / 1,800W input to each F3800, while the parallel F3800 system delivers 240V / 12,000W to the entire home via the HPP.

  1. Synergy with F3800 Plus
  • Single Unit or Single Unit + Transfer Switch / Inlet Box
    • Phase 1: 120V / 1,800W pass-through power
In the February 2026 release, Smart Generator provides 120V / 1,800W pass-through power to F3800 Plus, supplying 120V / 1,800W to connected home appliances.

  • Phase 2—AC Charging Cable: 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 6,000W Output
In Q3 2026, you can connect Smart Generator to F3800 Plus using an AC charging cable, supplying 120V / 1,800W to F3800 Plus, which then delivers 240V / 6,000W to the home.

  • Phase 2—AC Generator Adapter: 120V / 3,000W Input, 240V / 6,000W Output
In Q3 2026, the AC generator adapter will increase the generator's input to 120V / 3,000W, enabling faster charging for F3800 Plus, while it continues to output 240 V / 6,000W.

  • Single Unit + Home Power Panel (HPP)
    • 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 6,000W Output
When Smart Generator is integrated with the HPP and F3800 Plus, it provides 120V / 1,800W input to F3800 Plus, which then supplies 240V / 6,000W to home circuits.

  • Parallel Unit + Home Power Panel (HPP)
    • 120V / 1,800W Input, 240V / 12,000W Output
In this configuration, Smart Generator keeps F3800 Plus units charged at 120V / 1,800W, while the parallel system delivers 240V / 12,000W throughout the home via HPP.

  1. FAQ
5.1 Does the DC port on F3800 Plus / F3000 support Smart Generator 5500?
F3800 Plus and F3000 are low-voltage portable power stations, while Smart Generator 5500 has an output voltage of up to 400V. Therefore, it is not possible to connect Smart Generator 5500 directly to F3800 Plus and F3000. However, F3800 Plus and F3000 can still control the automatic start / stop function of Smart Generator 5500, helping to save fuel and improve efficiency. For future product updates, please check our official website for announcements.
5.2 Do F3800/F3800P/F3000 support direct connection to Smart Inlet Box/Power Dock?
No, they are not directly compatible with Smart Inlet/Power Dock. However, during off-grid use, you can charge the E10 system through the AC charging port using a 120V or 240V charging cable from the F3800 / F3800P / F3000. This way, your previously purchased system will not go unused and can continue to add value to the new one. Especially during power outages, F3800/F3800P/F3000 can act as an "energy supply station," helping extend the E10's backup power and giving you peace of mind for your home’s electricity.
5.3 Can F3800/F3800P/F3000 be used as AC input for E10?
Yes, they are supported. You can use the E10's AC charging port and a 120V or 240V charging cable to charge the E10 system. This way, you can repurpose your existing F3800/F3800P/F3000 to charge the E10 via AC input.
5.4 Are E10 and HPP compatible?
No, they are not compatible. Due to the differences in technical architecture, the original HPP accessories from the F-series products cannot currently be used with the E10 system.
