Anker SOLIX #SOLIXSlashBills 2026 Contest Terms and Conditions

1. THIS CONTEST OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT OWNERS OF ANKER SOLIX E10 OR F-SERIES PRODUCTS. NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATIONS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
2. Sponsor. Anker SOLIX "#SOLIXSlashBills Contest" (the "Campaign") is sponsored by Anker SOLIX Limited, 5350 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Ste 100, Ontario, CA 91764 (the "Sponsor"). The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Reddit.
3. Official Rules. These are the official rules (the "Official Rules") for the Campaign. "Participant" means any individual who, during the Campaign Period, takes part in the Campaign by submitting any content (including but not limited to photos, videos, or text) related to the Campaign through the designated channels. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree that they can be contacted by phone, text and/or email regarding the Campaign, and to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor relating to the Campaign, which shall be final and binding on Participants.
4. Campaign Period. The Campaign will commence at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on July 16, 2026, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 7, 2026 (the "Campaign Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Campaign at any time due to: (1) force majeure events, (2) product safety concerns, (3) legal/regulatory requirements, or (4) insufficient participation. In such cases, Sponsor will post notice on Facebook and will not be liable for any claims beyond refund of entry fees (which are $0 in this Campaign).
5. Eligibility. The Campaign is open to legal residents of the 50 States of the United States of America and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Participants must be current owners of an Anker SOLIX E10 or F-Series product. The Campaign is not open to employees of Sponsor, or of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively the "Campaign Entities"), or to the immediate family members of, or to any persons domiciled with, any such employees. For purposes of the Campaign, "immediate family members" include a participant's spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents and grandchildren. Void in any state or province not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
6. How to Participate. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATIONS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.

• Content must be original. Photos or videos required; text-only posts are not eligible.
• Must include an Anker SOLIX product (F Series or E10) as part of your money-saving solution.
• Your title or copy must include the product name.
• Include a screenshot of the Anker APP interface showing your earnings.
• Electricity bill before/after comparison is strongly encouraged.

• Only the single highest-performing post per Participant per platform (based on combined likes and comments) will be considered for prize eligibility.
• Repeated or substantially identical posts are not permitted.
• Submitting the same or substantially identical content from multiple accounts is prohibited.

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, indecent, profane, or gratuitously violent; or is derogatory toward any person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
• promotes or depicts alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco/vaping, firearms or weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), unsafe or dangerous activities, or any particular political agenda or message;
• is obscene, offensive, harassing, bullying, threatening, or endorses any form of hate or hate group;
• defames, misrepresents, or contains disparaging remarks about any person or company;
• infringes or violates any third party's rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, patents, trade secrets, or rights of publicity or privacy;
• includes copyrighted or other protected materials owned by others without prior written permission;
• includes personal data or images of any identifiable person (including celebrities or public/private figures, living or deceased) without consent (and, for minors, parental/legal-guardian consent);
• contains false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading statements;
• contains malware, viruses, corrupted files, or links to unsafe content;
• violates or encourages the violation of any law, regulation, or third-party terms; or
• is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign or Sponsor's brand.

7. Sponsor's Use of Content. Uploading Content constitutes Participant's consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional and marketing purposes. If requested, Participant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to perfect their rights or make use of the non-exclusive rights Participant is granting to use the Submission.
8. Determination of Winners. For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "Winner" means a Participant whose eligible post is ranked among the top qualifying posts as determined in this Section 8. Winners will be determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, based on the total number of likes and comments received on each eligible post during the Campaign Period. Detailed, well-documented savings stories with real data (bill comparisons, APP screenshots, usage patterns) will receive extra consideration in the event of a close tie.
9. Prizes.

• Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Expansion Battery for the Anker SOLIX product featured in the winner's post (E10 or F-Series compatible), or two (2) 400W-class Solar Panels (Rigid or Portable). Approximate retail value up to $2,499 USD. The Expansion Battery will match the SOLIX product model shown in the winning post.
• Guaranteed Prize (all qualified entries): One (1) Anker Prime Charger (100W, 3 Ports, GaN) (approximate retail value $69.99 USD each).

• Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Expansion Battery for the Anker SOLIX product featured in the winner's post (E10 or F-Series compatible), or two (2) 400W-class Solar Panels (Rigid or Portable). Approximate retail value up to $2,499 USD. The Expansion Battery will match the SOLIX product model shown in the winning post.
• Guaranteed Prize (all qualified entries): One (1) Anker 3-in-1 Cube Charger with Qi2 (approximate retail value $109.99 USD each).
• If prizes become unavailable due to supply chain disruptions, product discontinuation, or force majeure events, Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value OR offer cash equivalent at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• If two or more eligible posts receive the same total number of combined likes and comments, the post with the higher number of comments will be ranked higher.
• Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor via Facebook DM or Reddit DM, depending on the platform of entry. Each Winner must provide the Sponsor with the requested personal details, including full name, phone number, email address, and valid shipping address, within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate Winner.
• Any attempt by any Participant to obtain votes and comments by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, by using any automated program, by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void those likes and comments for the Participant's Submission and Participant may be disqualified as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner should the likes and comments appear to have been tampered with or manipulated in any way.
• If the Winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the date appearing on the prize notification, or fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries.
• Winners may waive the right to receive a prize. The return of any prize, Winner's affidavit/release or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of all interest in the prize, and selection of a substitute Winner from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winner may be required to provide evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize.
• Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the Winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to prizes during shipment that are not due to the Sponsor's negligence or willful misconduct. Any taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with the delivery of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill prizes within 4-6 weeks.
• Winners will be announced on or after August 12, 2026, on the Anker SOLIX Backup Power Group and r/AnkerSOLIXCommunity.
• PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITH NO GUARANTEE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE PROMOTION PARTIES. ALL PRIZE DETAILS ARE AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION. ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED ARE WINNERS' SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

10. Taxes. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. If required by law, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 to the Winner for the approximate retail value of the prize. The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes (federal, state and local of all applicable jurisdictions) and all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of the prize.
11. Permissions/Release. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees that Sponsor may use Winner's name, photo, and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, including, without limitation, posting on Sponsor's website, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each Participant agrees that the Campaign Entities will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize(s); travel to and from any prize-related activity; participation in the Campaign; printing, mailing or distribution errors; or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof; or for any entries that are late, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, postage-due, forged, illegible, inaudible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Campaign Entities do not assume any responsibility for any disruption, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of Facebook, Reddit, or any internet service provider. Campaign Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to any participant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from entering or participating in this Campaign. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor does not make any warranties, express or implied, relating to the prize itself and that Sponsor expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these official rules, these official rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed.
12. Content Use. By participating in the Campaign, Participants grant Sponsor and/or its affiliates the right to use non-identifiable content from your post (e.g., photos or videos that do not show recognizable individuals) for promotional and advertising purposes, including on social media or our website. If your post includes identifiable individuals (e.g., faces), we will contact you to request permission before featuring your content publicly.

14. Intellectual Property; License. Participants retain all right, title, and interest in and to their eligible photo/video and any accompanying text, captions, titles, or tags (each, a "Submission"), subject to the license granted below. By submitting a Submission (subject to the additional consent in section 12), Participant grants to Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (collectively, "Licensee(s)") a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit for length/format, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose including without limitation promotion of this Campaign, advertising and marketing of Sponsor's products/services, public relations, editorial, and archival uses, without additional notice, approval, or compensation to Participant to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• To the extent the Submission or related materials include Participant's (or any person's) name, username/handle, likeness, image, voice, statements, biographical details, or other indicia of identity, Participant irrevocably consents to Sponsor's worldwide, royalty-free use thereof in any media, for the purposes described above, except where prohibited by law. Participant represents that all identifiable persons have provided written consent/model releases (and, for minors, parental/legal guardian consent), and will provide proof upon request.
• Where a Submission contains personally identifiable information, including without limitation clearly recognizable facial imagery, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require Participant to execute a separate written authorization and/or to furnish additional releases for any depicted individuals prior to any new use, campaign, or high-visibility placement of the Submission.
• Participant represents and warrants that the Submission is original and does not: (i) infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights; (ii) include third-party content unless Participant has obtained all necessary written licenses/permissions at Participant's expense; and (iii) contain viruses, malware, or harmful code. Upon Sponsor's request, Participant will promptly provide copies of all relevant permissions/releases/licenses.
• Sponsor has no obligation to use any Submission and may remove or decline to display any Submission at any time for any reason in Sponsor's sole discretion.

15. Affidavit. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release (where permitted by law; TN residents need not sign the publicity releases), and a liability release, all of which must be signed and returned within fourteen (14) days of the date on the prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Submission of the Entry, including any prize notification documents ("Participant Data"), constitutes Participant's consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other details for Campaign administration purposes. Any Participant Data shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by Participants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor's Online Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.anker.com/policies/privacy-policy.
16. Additional Participant Obligations. Each Participant agrees that he/she shall not upload, post or transmit any materials to the Sponsor website which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
17. Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Campaign, who commits any fraud in relation to the Campaign, or who violates these Official Rules. "Fraud" includes, but is not limited to: submitting identical or substantially similar content multiple times, using multiple accounts for the same entry, artificially generating likes/comments, or submitting false or misleading content.
18. Caution. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification of such Participant. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
19. Disputes. This Campaign is conducted in English. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
20. Limitation of Liability. BY ENTERING THE CAMPAIGN, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CAMPAIGN, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY Participant BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) PARTICIPANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
