SOLIX Backup Type Indicator (SBTI) Referral Challenge — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Anker Solix Limited ("Sponsor"), with a principal place of business at 5350 Ontario Mills Pkwy Ste 100, Ontario, CA 91764-5137.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 24, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter / Qualify

To enter, an eligible participant must share a unique referral link generated through the SOLIX Backup Type Indicator ("SBTI") experience.

A "Successful Referral" is defined as: a referred individual who, using the participant's unique referral link, (i) completes the SBTI test and (ii) submits a valid email address to receive their full results report (a "Sign-up"). Each Successful Referral counts as one (1) entry toward the participant's leaderboard ranking.

Conditions on referrals:

Referrals must be real, natural persons meeting the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
Self-referrals, referrals generated through automated means, scripts, bots, bulk email lists, or any fraudulent or artificial method are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the referral process.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. Prizes & Prize Conditions

The following prizes will be awarded to the top-ranked participants based on the total number of Successful Referrals accumulated during the Promotion Period:

First Prize Qualification Threshold: The 1st place prize (F3800 Portable Power Station) requires a minimum of thirty (30) Successful Referrals to qualify. If no participant reaches thirty (30) Successful Referrals, the 1st place prize shall not be awarded, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prize Conditions:

Prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated herein.
Gift cards are subject to the issuing party's terms and conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Leaderboard Determination: Winners will be determined by the total number of Successful Referrals accumulated by each participant as of September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PT. In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied referral count earliest shall be ranked higher.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during the SBTI sign-up within seven (7) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

A potential winner may be required to (i) respond to the notification within seven (7) days, (ii) confirm eligibility, and (iii) complete and return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and/or tax documentation. Failure to comply within the stated timeframe, or non-delivery of any notification, may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners within thirty (30) business days after winner confirmation and receipt of all required documentation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed delivery of any prize.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or referrals; (ii) technical, hardware, software, network, or human errors; (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any prize; or (iv) any interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission.

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ankersolix.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"). Each entrant and Sponsor agree to arbitrate any dispute on an individual basis, and each party expressly waives the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or other representative proceeding. The arbitration shall take place before a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
