Subscription unlocks access to a subscriber-exclusive purchase price during launch week, June 2 through June 8, 2026, and other subscriber-only benefits. See the full rules and conditions below. 1. Eligibility

This promotion is available to residents of the contiguous United States who have a valid delivery address and are at least 18 years old as of May 19, 2026. Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. By participating, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and are entitled to receive any reward, prize, gift, points, or other benefit offered in connection with this promotion. We may require proof of eligibility and identity. Employees of Anker SOLIX, persons professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

A. Pre-Heat Period: The pre-heat period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on May 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 1, 2026.

B. Launch Week: The launch week begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 8, 2026.

4. How to Subscribe

To become a subscriber, visit the official ANKER SOLIX S2000 promotion page at www.ankersolix.com/s2000 during the pre-heat period and submit a valid email address. Limit one subscription per person and per email address. By submitting your email address, you acknowledge that Anker SOLIX will collect and use your personal information to administer this promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ankersolix.com/policies/privacy-policy.

5. Subscriber Benefits

If you complete the required subscription during the pre-heat period, you are eligible for the following benefits:

(a) the opportunity to purchase the ANKER SOLIX S2000 for $599 during launch week. Eligible purchases on the Anker SOLIX official website must be made through the designated link provided. Eligible purchases on Amazon require the promotional code included in the email to be entered at checkout in order to receive the offer;

(b) one complimentary bonus item or benefit with each qualifying order on ankersolix.com/us , as described in Section 7;

(d) an additional 10% discount on a single order of four or more ANKER SOLIX S2000 units; and

(e) priority shipping eligibility, meaning priority placement in the fulfillment queue only — not a guarantee of any specific ship date or delivery date.

6. Subscriber Benefit Redemption Period

The subscriber benefit redemption period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 8, 2026. Subscribers will receive a designated promotional email on June 2. Eligible purchases on the Anker SOLIX official website must be made through the designated link provided. Eligible purchases on Amazon require the promotional code included in the email to be entered at checkout in order to receive the offer. The code is valid during launch week only. Anker SOLIX reserves the right to deactivate any code or refuse redemption in the event of fraud, abuse, technical malfunction, or issuance error.

7. Bonus Benefit

After completing a qualifying purchase on ankersolix.com/us , customers may claim one complimentary bonus item or benefit at no additional charge.

A. Bonus Pool and Assignment

Bonus items and benefits are assigned based on the objective order-sequence rules below. No random drawing, game of chance, or sweepstakes is involved.

Orders in sequence positions 1 through 30 will receive an Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo), approximate retail value $47.99.
Orders in sequence positions 31 through 130 will receive an Anker 323 Charger (33W), approximate retail value $18.99.
Orders in sequence position 131 and above will receive the next available tier from the remaining benefit pool, assigned in inventory order:
- a 5% discount voucher for orders of $1,500 or more, with a maximum benefit value of $75.00;
- a $20 promotional store credit redeemable on the Anker SOLIX US website;
- a 30% accessory repurchase coupon, with the maximum benefit value based on the price of the eligible accessory at the time of redemption; or
- 100 AnkerCredits points, with value determined under the AnkerCredits Program terms.

Sequence position is determined by the system-recorded timestamp of each completed, paid, fraud-cleared order. Order numbers may not be consecutive. Anker SOLIX does not guarantee any particular sequence position for any purchase.

B. How to Claim

To claim your bonus, complete all of the following steps by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 8, 2026:

1. Go to the ANKER SOLIX S2000 product page at www.ankersolix.com/products/s2000-portable-power-station;

2. Enter your order number and the email address used for subscription in the promotion entry field; and

3. Once your information is validated, your benefit will be displayed immediately.

Your benefit will be delivered as a dedicated redemption code. Physical items must be redeemed separately using that code. Digital benefits — including discount vouchers, $20 promotional store credits, and points — are also activated or claimed through the redemption code. If you do not complete the claim process by the deadline, you will be deemed to have forfeited your bonus, and no replacement will be issued.

C. Bonus Limitations

Each account may claim one bonus item or benefit during launch week, applied to the first qualifying order only. Subsequent qualifying orders under the same account are not eligible for an additional bonus. Each qualifying order is limited to one bonus item or benefit regardless of how many units are purchased. Bonus items and benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and may not be upgraded.

D. Redemption Code Terms

(a) All redemption codes expire on December 31, 2026 and will not be reissued after expiration.

(b) The gift items (including the Anker 622 Magnetic Battery and Anker 323 Charger) are provided complimentary with your purchase. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GIFT ITEM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Anker SOLIX's standard limited product warranty does not apply to the gift item.

(c) Discount vouchers and coupons are subject to the following: limit one per product per order; may not be combined with any other offer or discount; valid only on the Anker SOLIX website at www.ankersolix.com; for one-time use only; not transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; once redeemed, may not be canceled or refunded; if merchandise purchased with a coupon is returned, the discount value will be deducted from any refund; void where prohibited by law.

(d) $20 promotional store credits are subject to applicable law, checkout functionality, and any accompanying terms.

(e) AnkerCredits points are subject to the AnkerCredits Program terms.

(f) All redemption codes may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or expired codes will not be replaced except where required by law.

E. Returns

If a qualifying order is returned, the associated redemption code will be voided. If the bonus has already been redeemed, or if a physical bonus item is not returned in its original condition, its approximate retail value will be deducted from the refund.

8. AnkerCredits Points

9. Multi-Unit Purchase Discount

Purchasing four or more ANKER SOLIX S2000 units in a single order entitles the eligible units in that order to an additional 10% discount. This discount may not be combined with any other offer or discount and may not be aggregated across multiple orders.

10. Priority Shipping

Qualifying subscriber orders will receive priority handling in the fulfillment queue. Priority shipping means fulfillment queue priority only and is not a promise or guarantee of any specific ship date, dispatch time, or delivery date. Actual shipping times depend on inventory, payment processing, carrier capacity, and other operational factors. Anker SOLIX is not responsible for delays caused by those factors.

Physical bonus items (including the Anker 622 Magnetic Battery and Anker 323 Charger) are provided "as is" and are not covered by any warranty or guarantee, including Anker SOLIX's standard limited product warranty.

11. Returns and Order Adjustments

Canceled, refunded, chargebacked, or returned orders may result in the cancellation of related promotional benefits to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If a return, cancellation, or adjustment causes an order to no longer meet the requirements of this promotion, Anker SOLIX may, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, revoke or recalculate any applicable promotional price, discount, points, bonus item, or related benefit.

12. General Terms

A. Order Restrictions: Anker SOLIX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including without limitation any order believed to be for wholesale, resale, or distributor purposes, or that appears fraudulent. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders. All orders are subject to the Anker SOLIX purchase agreement and return policy.

B. Shipping Notice: Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other island territories. See the Anker SOLIX shipping policy for details.

C. Right to Modify: Anker SOLIX reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any participant in cases of fraud or abuse. Anker SOLIX also reserves the right to modify or revoke any purchase or redemption that: (1) violates these Terms and Conditions; (2) violates the Anker SOLIX Terms of Use; (3) violates applicable law; or (4) appears fraudulent or to have been made through an improper channel.

D. Disputes: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anker SOLIX reserves the right to make final interpretations and decisions regarding any dispute arising from or in connection with this promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Anker SOLIX's decisions, which are final. Anker SOLIX's decisions regarding this promotion are final and binding. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anker SOLIX is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from any act or omission relating to participation in this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Anker SOLIX is not responsible for delays caused by network failures or other factors outside its reasonable control.

F. Release: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release Anker SOLIX from any claim arising out of or relating to your participation in this promotion, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal or equitable theory, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

G. Taxes: You are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, local, and other taxes, and any other costs or expenses, arising from your participation in this promotion or your receipt or use of any related benefit.

H. Limited Availability: All bonus items and benefits are available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matter not addressed in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by Anker SOLIX in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

I. Governing Terms: These Terms and Conditions control over any inconsistent promotional copy or summary. This promotion is also subject to U.S. law and to the Anker SOLIX standard Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy.
