IMAGE CONSENT RELEASE AGREEMENT
I hereby grant to Anker Innovations Techonology Co., Ltd.,its affiliates and agents (collectively, "Anker") the irrevocable right and permission to:
(i) use, publish, alter and modify, the images I submitted on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic or any other medium;
(ii) use, exhibit, and/or distribute my name, company name(if I am an installer) and any information I submitted in multiple mediums (e.g., video, internet, etc.) for promotional, advertising, educational, and/or other lawful purposes. This authorization includes the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content across various media formats worldwide, without compensation.
I release and waive any claims or rights to royalties, copyrights or compensation or ownership,now or future, regarding such uses and understand that all such recordings shall remain the property of Anker. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older.

The images and information I uploaded may be used or posted in various social media platforms (e.g., Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) under Anker or Anker official account, and the Anker SOLIX official website.
