Anker SOLIX Smart Meter, where required.

A stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and access credentials for commissioning.
Included in the Standard Installation Service
-
Installation and secure mounting of one Anker SOLIX Solarbank 4 Pro.
-
Installation of a dedicated hardwired circuit from Solarbank 4 Pro to the consumer unit or distribution board.

Supply and installation of up to 10 m of 3 × 2.5 mm² cable, including surface-mounted cable containment, subject to a suitable installation route being available.

Installation and connection of Anker SOLIX Smart Meter, where required, in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions, including functional testing.

Setup and commissioning of the Anker SOLIX app, subject to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection being available at the installation location.

Functional testing and commissioning of the Solarbank 4 Pro system.
-
Basic visual inspection of any existing PV system connected to Solarbank.

DNO notification or application for the Solarbank 4 Pro system, including G98 notification and, where applicable, G99 application requirements.
Note: Information relating to any existing installations remains unchanged. MCS certification is not included in the above subcontract installation rates. A G99 application may be subject to additional costs, which are not covered by this installation package.
Important Information

The standard installation package assumes that the existing electrical installation and any connected PV system are safe, suitable, and capable of supporting the proposed Solarbank installation.

If defects, safety risks, non-compliant conditions, or other issues are identified during the site assessment, the relevant issues may need to be rectified before installation, commissioning, or DNO notification can be completed.

Any additional remedial work, materials, or labour required will be quoted and charged separately.
Not Included in the Standard Installation Service

Modifications, upgrades, or remedial work to the consumer unit or distribution board, including protective devices such as RCBOs, RCDs and MCBs, as well as main switches, isolators, or surge protection.

Electrical remedial work required to make the existing installation suitable for the proposed Solarbank installation and compliant with applicable BS 7671 requirements.
-
Repairs, replacement, modification, optimisation, or certification of the existing PV system, including PV modules, mounting structures, DC cabling, and MC4 connectors.

Replacement of defective equipment or components.
-
Removal, replacement, upgrade, or modification of an existing Anker SOLIX Smart Meter, including replacement of Gen 1 with Gen 2.

Modifications or upgrades to existing earthing and bonding arrangements.

Drilling, wall penetrations, excavation, trenching, or underground cable installation.
-
Additional cable runs or installation work exceeding the standard scope.

Additional site visits required due to site conditions, customer availability, or incomplete site preparation.

Any other work outside the standard installation scope.
Installation Coverage and Terms
Service Coverage and Regional Exclusions

Supported Region: Standard installation services are currently available across England only.

Excluded Regions: We currently do not provide standard installations in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, offshore islands, extremely remote or mountainous areas, or locations with restricted access.

Future Expansion: Coverage for these excluded regions is currently in the planning phase and will be rolled out gradually as our installer network expands.

Additional Disbursements and Statutory Charges
All toll fees, Clean Air Zone (CAZ) charges, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) fees, and congestion charges incurred during service delivery will be billed at cost.
