SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 00:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 29 April 2025 and ends at 23:59 (AEST) on 18 May 2025. Sponsor’s computer will be the official time-keeping device. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
BINDING AGREEMENT:
These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement by and between Sponsor and entrant and govern entry in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Sweepstakes Rules which shall be final in all respects. Failure to comply with these Rules will void participant’s entry. Winning a prize (“Prize(s)”) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any other Sweepstakes or promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia who are over 18 years old and physically located within Australia. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT MAY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY ONE (1) TIME REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

PRIZE WINNER(S): Six (6) winners will be randomly selected from valid entries. The Prize winners are considered a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Each winner will receive one (1) Anker 521 PowerHouse (Approximate Retail Value: A$499). Sponsor will send a gift redemption code to the email address provided during subscription. Use the gift redemption code to claim your prize(s) through the website (https://www.ankersolix.com/au/products/521).
Prize(s) must be claimed by June 30, 2025. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time period, or if the potential winner fails to comply with these Rules or applicable law, the prize will be forfeited.
Winners are considered potential winners pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Each winner can only win one prize. Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize(s) are subject to the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. At Sponsor’s discretion, any unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified via email by 23 May 2025. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize will be forfeited.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize(s). Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prize(s), which is provided "as is."
ADDITIONAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules at any time. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants must provide accurate information and comply with all event rules. Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, provide false information, or obtain multiple gifts unfairly will result in disqualification.
Specific shipping restrictions may apply based on local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.
GOVERNING LAW: All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
