This promotion is open to residents of Australia who:

Purchase an Anker SOLIX X1 series product and
Complete the installation process during the promotion period.

Specific shipping restrictions may apply based on local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.

Promotion Details:

Bundle Offer: Eligible customers who either:

(a) Visit the Australian Anker SOLIX X1 product page (https://www.ankersolix.com/au/x1-energy-storage-system-hes) and submit a quote request during the promotion period, or

(b) Purchase through an authorised Anker SOLIX retailer during the promotion period, will receive an Anker SOLIX C300 DC Portable Power Station as a complimentary gift. This offer is valid until the promotion ends.
Gift Availability: Unlimited supply during the campaign. One (1) gift per valid installation order.

How to Participate:

Submit Request or Direct Purchase: Eligible participants must either:

(a) Visit the Australian Anker SOLIX X1 product page (https://www.ankersolix.com/au/x1-energy-storage-system-hes) and submit a quote request between 15th August to 30th September, 2025. By doing so, you agree to be contacted by an authorised Anker SOLIX installer who will provide your quote, arrange the sale, and organise installation; or

(b) Contact and purchase directly from an authorised Anker SOLIX X1 installer between 15th August and 30th September, 2025.
Purchase and arrange installation: Buy your Anker SOLIX X1 Series product and book installation with an authorised installer.
Complete Installation: Complete installation and email your system ID/product serial number and valid purchase invoice to support@anker.com by 31st December, 2025. A gift redemption code will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Redeem Gift: Redeem your Anker SOLIX C300 DC Portable Power Station (https://www.ankersolix.com/au/products/exclusive-anker-solix-c300-dc) using the code via the designated website by 31st January, 2025.
Eligibility Ranking: Priority is determined by the timestamp of system ID/serial number submission to support@anker.com.

Price and Payment:

Pricing: Anker SOLIX X1 Series products are sold exclusively through authorised installers — not directly by Anker SOLIX. Final prices, including installation fees, are determined solely by the authorised installer. Anker SOLIX provides reference pricing only and does not influence or set final customer pricing.
Gift Value: The promotional gifts have the following estimated retail values:
- Anker SOLIX C300 DC Portable Power Station: A$449.00
- These gifts are offered as ancillary benefits and shall not affect the final product pricing.

Returns and Refunds:

Right of Withdrawal: Customers must comply with the return policy of their purchasing channel (defined herein as the authorised installer from whom the product was procured).
- If exercising statutory withdrawal rights post-installation: a) Return requests must follow the channel's applicable return policy. b) Where the channel's policy permits return of Anker SOLIX X1 products:
  - The accompanying gift (Anker SOLIX C300 DC Portable Power Station) must be returned per Anker SOLIX's Refund Process.
  - Failure to return the gift may result in its value (the gift's listed price on Anker SOLIX's official website at the redemption date) being deducted from the refund.
Gift Condition:
- If X1 product is returned, the gift must be: a) Unused, and b) In its original packaging/condition.
- Non-compliance may require: a) Deduction of the gift's value from the refund, or b) Payment of the gift's listed price on Anker SOLIX’s official website at the redemption date.

Additional Terms:

Eligibility Restriction: Customers who have already qualified for rewards under other Anker SOLIX X1 promotional campaigns (including but not limited to, the 'Install X1 to Receive Anker 535 PowerHouse' or 'Receive Anker SOLIX C300 Portable Power Station' offers) are not eligible their eligibility to participate in this promotion.
Force Majeure: Anker SOLIX is not responsible for delays or cancellations of the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or other force majeure events.
Technical Issues: Anker SOLIX is not liable for technical problems affecting the offer. However, efforts will be made to resolve such issues to ensure fairness.
Organiser's Rights: Anker SOLIX reserves the right to interpret and adjust the promotion rules as necessary. The company also reserves the right to end the promotion early if all gifts have been claimed.
Compliance: Participants must provide accurate information and comply with all event rules. Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, provide false information, or obtain multiple gifts unfairly will result in disqualification.
Legal Compliance: This promotion is governed by Australian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Anker SOLIX is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, this promotion offer.
