How It Works

The Anker SOLIX Referral Program rewards our registered members for inviting friends or family to shop at the official Anker SOLIX online store. Both the person making the referral and the friend referred receive rewards for successful referrals. Here's how to participate:

1. Referrers provide a valid email address associated with their Anker account through the Anker SOLIX referral page to obtain an exclusive referral link.

2. Share the exclusive link with friends or family.

3. When a Friend uses the referral link and submits their email address, they receive a discount reward ; Once they successfully complete their first order on ankersolix.com without canceling or requesting a refund, Referrers can submit a withdrawal request for their reward.

4. Anker SOLIX will review the referred order within 40 days. Only orders that meet the above rules and are not returned will be verified. Once the referred purchase is verified, Referrers reward will be issued.

Participation Requirements

1. Anyone who registers on ankersolix.com can refer. Simply provide a valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and start referring your friends and family.

2. Self-referral is not allowed. As determined by Anker SOLIX, the referred person and the referrer cannot be the same (including the email address, IP address, or browser session). Please note that manual adjustments, additions, or confirmations of referrals may not be possible if the criteria are not met.

3. As a condition of payment of accrued cash rewards, you must:
(i) have an active Anker SOLIX account;
(ii) provide a valid email address that you own and can access;
(iii) set a password to secure your Anker SOLIX account.
If you choose to receive payment via PayPal, you must provide a valid and ensure that it's not linked to another Anker SOLIX account. A single PayPal email address cannot be associated with multiple Anker SOLIX accounts.

Valid Referrals

To confirm a referral is successful, ensure these conditions are met:

1. The referred individual must use your exclusive referral link to submit their email and complete their first purchase on ankersolix.com.

2. Anker SOLIX will review the referred order within 40 days to confirm it meets the program rules and is not subject to return or cancellation. Only orders meeting these criteria will be approved, triggering an email to you to claim your reward.

3. The referrer's unique referral link must not be shared, sold, or used in any other way except for obtaining qualified referrals.

4. To be eligible, a referrer must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States of America.
- Be at least 18 years old. No part of the program is directed to persons under the age of 18.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use, access, or participate in the program at any time or in any manner.

Referral Rewards

1. Referrers will receive 10% cashback on the actual payment amount of the final order (after any refunds) when a friend uses their referral link to make their first Anker purchase and does not request a refund within 30 days.

2. Discount codes or other promotional coupons provided by Anker SOLIX cannot be combined with refer-a-friend program discounts.

3. Each referred friend may use only one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple ankersolix.com users, the referrer of the first order made by the referee will receive the reward.

4. Your commission on referrals applies exclusively to the product's purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees.

5. In cases where a partial refund is issued, the reward calculation is based on the total paid amount for items not refunded. The commission is 10% of this amount, considering the last item shipped and kept beyond the 30-day return period.

6. Encouraging more friends to participate can significantly boost your rewards.

How to Check Rewards and Distribution Timing

1. Log into the Anker SOLIX Referral Program, click "Your Rewards" to view the status of your referrals.

2. When your referral makes a purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation. The order status will be updated to "Ordered," indicating a successful referral but pending reward review.

3. Reward eligibility is reviewed within 30 days of the order. Once approved, the order status remains "Ordered," and you are notified via email to claim your reward.

How to Redeem Your Rewards

1. After logging into the the Anker SOLIX Referral homepage, select "Your Rewards" to access your order list. Identify orders marked as "Ordered" with rewards at "Reached" status, then click "Redeem" to start the withdrawal process.

2. Anker SOLIX will review the referred order within 40 days. Only orders that meet the above rules and are not returned will be verified. Once the referred purchase is verified, you will receive another email to collect your reward.

3. Verified rewards will be issued to the referrer's PayPal account within 10 business days after the verification period ends.

Regional Referral Link Restrictions

1. Referral links are strictly limited to the market/country of origin and cannot activate rewards across different markets. For example, a referral link generated through ankersolix.com/us remains valid exclusively for purchases on the US site only. Cross-market applications will automatically nullify reward claims.

2. To refer friends in other countries, please participate in the referral program via that country's Anker SOLIX website to obtain a region-specific referral link for sharing. All reward calculations and validations occur independently per country site.

Tax Obligations

1. Cashback rewards are typically treated as discounts and not taxable income. However, participants are responsible for confirming their tax obligations with local authorities. If you receive other income payments over $600 or more during the year, this must be reported on Form 1099-MISC (US).

2. Anker SOLIX is not responsible for providing tax advice or documentation beyond confirmation of reward payments.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anker SOLIX be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, statutory, exemplary, punitive, or other indirect damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use damages, even if Anker SOLIX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Anker SOLIX's maximum aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00) or the maximum cashback amount you received in the last one year from the date of acceptance of these Terms, whichever is greater. This limitation shall apply to any and all liabilities or causes of action however alleged or arising, including, but not limited to, negligence, breach of contract, or any other claim whether in tort, contract, or equity.
