Normal charging speed resumes when the battery temperature is between 59°F (15°C) and 131°F (55°C).  If the battery temperature is below 59°F (15°C), the system activates the heating film to warm up the battery. When the battery temperature rises above 68°F (20°C), the heating film stops operating.
