1. Eligibility The Story Share Program (the "Program") is open to legal residents of the United States who are who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of their participation. Participation is void where prohibited by law. 2. Program Period The Program runs from 12:00 AM (PDT) on April 13th, 2026, to 11:59 PM (PDT) on April 27th, 2026. Submissions received outside this period will not be eligible for rewards. 3. How to Participate To participate, eligible participants must: - Share a qualifying clean energy story on a public social media platform. - Submit the link to the post via the official Campaign page on ankersolix.com during the Program period. 4. Story Requirements All submitted stories must meet the following criteria: - Stories must be authentic and based on genuine personal experiences. Fabricated, fictitious, or misleading content is strictly prohibited. If the story relates to a SOLIX product, the photos or videos submitted must clearly show the product to verify authenticity. - Stories must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarism or reproducing another person’s content, either in whole or part, is not permitted. - Stories must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. - Stories must be posted on a public social media platform and remain publicly accessible throughout the review and reward fulfillment process. - Stories must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined at Anker SOLIX’s sole discretion. 5. Content License & Authorization By submitting a story, participants grant Anker SOLIX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote the submitted content — including but not limited to photos, videos, and text — across Anker SOLIX's owned, operated, or authorized media channels and platforms for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, without further compensation or prior notice. Participants confirm they have obtained necessary consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in the submitted content. 6. Rewards 6.1 General Story Reward All qualifying stories that meet the requirements outlined in Section 4 are eligible to receive: - Up to a 35% Earth Day exclusive discount. 6.2 SOLIX E10 Story Reward Participants who share a story about their genuine experience with the SOLIX E10 Whole-Home Backup System are eligible for an additional physical reward (pictures or videos are required for verification), subject to manual review as outlined in Section 7. Rewards are based on the platform where the story is posted, and the color is given randomly: - Reddit: Anker Wireless 3-in-1 Charging Station - All other qualifying public platforms: Anker Prime Charger (100W, 3 Ports, GaN) *All colors have equal functionality and retail value. 6.3 SOLIX Portable Power Station Story Reward Participants who share a story about their genuine experience with the SOLIX Portable Power Station (pictures or videos are required for verification) are eligible for an additional physical reward. All qualifying submissions will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a SOLIX C300 DC unit. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the email address provided at submission. 7. Review Process All SOLIX E10 story submissions will be manually reviewed by the Anker SOLIX team. The review process will be completed within 7 business days of submission. If the story link is broken or inaccessible, the entry will be disqualified. 8. Reward Fulfillment - Winners will be selected from all eligible submissions and notified separately via email. - Anker SOLIX will ship physical giftsto the address provided by the participant after reward confirmation. Participants are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. - Physical gifts with no quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange. - Anker SOLIX is not responsible for rewards that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the participant. - Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. 9. DisqualificationAnker SOLIX reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void any associated rewards if: - The submitted content is found to be inauthentic, fabricated, plagiarized, or in violation of third-party rights. - The participant submits multiple entries using false identities or multiple accounts. - Any fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program is detected. 10. Miscellaneous- Anker SOLIX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. - Anker SOLIX is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or delays that affect submissions or reward delivery. - By participating in the Program, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Anker SOLIX's Privacy Policy. - These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
