Anker SOLIX E10 Warranty Policy

All Anker SOLIX Power Stations, Solar Generators, Smart Inlet Box, Power Dock and, and accessories come with a limited warranty, as shown below. By using Anker SOLIX products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Anker limited warranty.

We provide a limited warranty for purchases made on ankersolix.com and authorized resellers. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

How to Process Warranty

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number for online purchases made through Anker or its authorized resellers, or a sales invoice or dated receipt from an authorized Anker reseller showing the product description and price.
For defective items that Anker requires to be returned, replacement warranties will be void if the incorrect item is returned or if the defective item is not returned to Anker.
Customers must provide screenshots documenting the troubleshooting steps performed.
The defective item's serial number and clear visual proof of the defect are required.
Returned items are subject to quality inspection by Anker.

Notice: For safety reasons, fuel-powered products—including Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 seriesthat have been filled with fuel or used are not eligible for return under this 30-day policy.
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding corporate purchases and bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)
Once the returned item is received and inspected at Anker's warehouse, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Anker refunds the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
*Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality-related issues cannot be processed after this periood. For purchases not made directly through Anker's online stores, please contact the original retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.


Exchange and Replacement


Anker will, at its discretion and expense, repair or replace any Anker product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.
Any repaired or replaced product will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original poroduct or 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.
Products with lapsed warranty are also eligible for paid repair services. For a list of products that can be repaired and their corresponding repair costs, please contact support@ankersolix.com for more details.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

Anker does not provide a global product warranty. Warranty service is available only at designated Anker repair center.
If a product purchased in one region requires repairing in another region, cross-regional repair may be available for an additional fee, subject to parts availability. Some products do not support cross-regional repair, even for paid service. For details, please contact Anker Support.
A cross-regional replacement services are not available for different regional versions of the same product.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether the service is provided under warranty or as a paid repair.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to:
  • Products that are damaged or modified.
  • Products operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
  • Products that are disassembled.
  • Products cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
  • Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been refunded.
  • Products with an expired warranty.
  • Lost and / or stolen products.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Purchases from illegitimate resources.
  • Products taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly).

This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owners.

Registration is optional. You may register your warranty at https://www.ankersolix.com/warranty-registration to conveniently view your remaining warranty period online. Please note that registration is fully optional, and your warranty rights remain fully valid regardless of registration status.

Return and Replacement Policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase; however, if it does not fully meet your satisfaction, we have simplified the return process to ensure a seamless experience for you.

For products purchased from entities other than ankersolix.com, including, but not limited to manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers, please consult the respective parties for more information regarding their return policies. Return and refund policies may vary based on local laws and regulations. For guidance specific to your location, please refer to the relevant local authorities or applicable legal provisions.

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ankersolix.com.

Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we will provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items. Items returned outside the 30-day window will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished item, if available.

If the product cannot be repaired or a replacement is unavailable, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.

For purchases made through a dealer, returns and refunds generally require contacting the dealer unless a special agreement exists between the dealer and Anker.

If the dealer has an agreement with Anker that Anker is responsible for handling after-sales service for quality issues, Anker will provide repair or replacement services for quality issues only within the warranty period.

Return Process

Contact Anker Support at support@ankersolix.com to start the return process and obtain the necessary RMA ID. Before that, please note that:
  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Customers must provide documentation of troubleshooting steps performed.
  • The defective item's serial number and clear visual proof of the defect are required.
  • Returned items are subject to quality inspection by Anker.
  • Replacement warranties will be void if the incorrect item is returned or if the defective item is not returned to Anker.

Examples of valid proof of purchase:
  • Order number for online purchases made through Anker or its authorized resellers.
  • Sales invoice.
  • Dated receipts from an authorized Anker reseller showing the product description and price.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack and return the products. Please ensure all components are included in the package.

Refund

Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact support@ankersolix.com.

Reminder: Due to shipping regulations, please ensure the remaining battery charge is below 30% before returning the product.
