Anker Solix X1 Refund and Return Policy

We value your trust in Anker and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent purchase experience for the Anker Solix X1 whole-home backup system. For orders purchased on Anker official website, please review the following policy regarding order cancellation, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation
Please contact us through support@anker.com to initiate a cancellation request. Due to the nature of the Anker Solix X1 system and its professional installation model, we have specific cancellation conditions:
 
  • Please Note:
  1. If you opt for our installment financing plan, please be advised that any service charges or interest fees incurred in relation to the installments are collected solely by the financing provider and not by Anker SOLIX. Consequently, these fees are non-refundable by Anker SOLIX. If you have questions or disputes regarding these charges, please contact corresponding financing provider directly.
  2. Before installation, a certified electrician provided by Service Provider will visit your home to assess whether it meets the system’s installation requirements. This site assessment is necessary to ensure a safe and compliant setup. The 150 CAD inspection fee paid in such online orders payment, which is included in installation service fees is non-refundable once the assessment begins, regardless of whether the installation moves forward or the order is later cancelled.
  3. After the initial on-site assessment, Anker SOLIX or the Service Provider will submit the necessary installation declaration to your local government. Please note that any fees related to this declaration are set and collected by the local authorities. If you decide to cancel your order after this declaration has been submitted, we kindly remind you that such government-related fees (which included in installation service fee) are non-refundable.
  4. If the installer has arrived on-site but the installation has not started and the product remains unopened, the order can be canceled. However, the customer will still be responsible for the shipping cost, which may vary depending on the installation address.
  5. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days after the returned item has been received and verified to be in good condition by Anker SOLIX.

 
Claim Warranty
If your system exhibits defects during or after installation, please claim warranty throught https://www.ankersolix.com/ca/exchange?ref=footer_pps for troubleshooting and warranty services.


 
Bundled Sales Policy
  • The Anker Solix X1 system is sold as a complete bundle including both the product and installation service.
  • The product and installation service cannot be purchased or refunded separately.
  • For more details, please find the Purchase & Home Improvement Agreement 

 
Additional Notes
  • If your installation is delayed due to scheduling conflicts, please contact us as early as possible to avoid complications.
