Terms and Conditions
1.Promotion Period
1.1 This program begins on July 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 27, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
2.Eligibility
2.1 Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Anker Innovations Limited ("Anker"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
3.How to Enter
To enter, participants (must meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.1) must fulfill the following three (3) conditions:
3.1 Follow Anker SOLIX on Facebook.
3.2 Join Anker SOLIX Official Club on Facebook.
3.3 Comment on the designated social media activation post, responding to the specified topic: "Share which Anker SOLIX product you would bring to the festival.
Each individual is eligible for only one entry.
Anker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in fraud or violated these Terms and Conditions.
4.Drawings
4.1 The winner will be selected via random draw from eligible entries and notified through a direct message on the relevant social media platform.
4.2 Winner will be announced no later than 11:59 PM,July 28.
4.3 Winners must respond within two (2) days to respond to our message with the requested information. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.
4.4 Before being confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via email or phone. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5.Prizes and Redemption
5.1 General Admission Festival Pass (4 Passes)
- 2 Winners will be chosen
- Each winner will receive two (2) 3-day General Admission Festival Passes to VELD®. Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: Seven Hundred Fifty Canadian Dollars and No Cents ($750.00).
The prize consists solely of the festival passes; it does not include travel expenses, accommodation, or any other associated costs.
Winners may elect to receive their passes either by postal delivery or via onsite pickup at the festival venue.
5.2 Festival Passes Terms
Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Pass delivery method is at sole discretion of Festival which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up passes and a valid photo ID will be required if passes are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least nineteen (19) years of age and must abide by all venue and Festival policies: https://veldmusicfestival.com/festival-guide/, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Festival and Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale of passes is prohibited. By claiming passes, you agree to Festival passes Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
6.Personal Information and Privacy
6.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the promotion, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.6.2 By participating, entrants consent to Anker's collection and use of their personal information for these purposes.
7.Indemnification and Liability Release
7.1 By participating, entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Anker, Live Nation Canada, Inc., Veld Music Festival Holdings Inc. its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability related to participation in the program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
7.2 Entrants agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims arising from their entry or use of a prize.
7.3 Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or system-related issues that may affect participation.
8.Force Majeure and Legal
8.1 Anker will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, or Internet outages.
8.2 Anker reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.
8.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

Live Nation Canada, Inc. and Veld Festival are not Sponsors of the Contest, and in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries regarding the Contest should be directed to Anker.
