1. How will I know that my gift card has been sent?
Gift cards are normally sent via email within 5 minutes of ordering. In rare circumstances, your delivery may be delayed. Please check your email to see if you have received your Gift card.
2. Can the gift card be used outside of Anker SOLIX's CA website?
No, eGift cards can only be used on ca.ankersolix.com.
3. Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Is it possible to redeem a new gift card using a gift card?
No, it is not possible.
5. After using the gift card to purchase a product, can the product be returned?
Items purchased with a gift card can be returned (for more details, please see our Refund Policys), and the money will be refunded according to the original payment method.
